Study stays in the weeks around Easter, at Rugby and Cheltenham colleges, in classes drawn from many different nationalities.

Spring study trips

A number of schools ask us to arrange educational programmes in the weeks around Easter as well, a period chosen by many nationalities: that is what makes the experience even more intercultural. Schools can choose a two-week programme, which we recommend, or a single week. Alongside classroom lessons there are excursions and afternoon and evening activities, all delivered in English by native-speaker leaders. The package covers flights, transfers, boarding school accommodation, meals, lessons, activities and excursions by private coach.

The two strands

Alongside the core General English programme, open to all levels, runs the ACE programme — Academic Excellence, Collaborative Spirit and Energy — for students at intermediate level B1+ and above. ACE brings competition and collaboration together: students from different backgrounds support one another as they sharpen their debating and public speaking skills in English, with awards for the teams that stand out, for exceptional students, and for the schools that sent the brightest stars.

At the colleges hosting the spring programmes, every interaction is built on our guiding values: care, honesty, empathy, energy and respect.
